House rules
The sanctuary is a sacred container. Respect for the space, the neighbors, and the practice comes first. Your full rules are shared with every reservation.
Cancellation
Cancellation terms are confirmed before booking. No charges are taken until the sanctuary team confirms your reservation with you.
Deposits
A deposit secures the date for larger gatherings. Deposit amounts and timing are set with your reservation, and no payment is taken until the sanctuary team confirms your booking with you.
Permitted uses
Ceremony, yoga, retreat, workshop, celebration, and creative work are welcome. Plant medicine facilitation follows the sanctuary's own screening and safety protocol, confirmed directly with the team.
Capacity
The whole property sleeps up to 13 across twin beds in four bedrooms with three full baths, and holds a ceremony circle of up to 20. It spans more than 3,000 square feet, adjacent to four acres of DC parkland.
Non-discrimination
The sanctuary welcomes all people. We do not discriminate on the basis of race, color, religion, national origin, sex, gender identity or expression, sexual orientation, age, disability, family status, or any other protected characteristic, in accordance with the District of Columbia Human Rights Act. Every guest and gathering is treated with the same respect, regardless of identity.
Parking
Parking is available for your group on Camden Street, right beside the sanctuary.
