We use your information to respond to inquiries, confirm bookings, coordinate your event, send you relevant updates, and improve our service. If you start a booking and do not finish it, we may follow up to see if you still need the space.
3. What we do not do
We do not sell your information. We do not share it with third parties except as needed to operate (for example, a payment processor or calendar tool) or as required by law.
4. Your control
You may ask us at any time to see, correct, or delete the personal information we hold about you. Contact the sanctuary team to do so.
5. Security
We take reasonable steps to protect your information. No system is completely secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.
